make contact with the people to arrange a private viewing.

In the days leading up to the first open home, a campaign of flyers will be distributed to homes in your neighbourhood promoting the upcoming open home.

the Saturday of the first week of the marketing campaign, then every Saturday
after for at least 3 weeks. Further open homes can be discussed on a case by
case basis.

to you, and provide advice on how to consider them.

their inspections of your home during the contract phase.
