I have an extensive database of contacts that are either currently looking to invest in property, or may have been unsuccessful in buying a similar property to yours. I will make contact with the people to arrange a private viewing.

Your property will be included in promotional correspondence including: Open Home Listings, Current Listing Reports and Letters to Buyers..

Letterbox Drop  

In the days leading up to the first open home, a campaign of flyers will be distributed to homes in your neighbourhood promoting the upcoming open home.

Open Homes   

This will occur on the Saturday of the first week of the marketing campaign, then every Saturday after for at least 3 weeks. Further open homes can be discussed on a case by case basis.

From these open homes I will obtain written offers for you to consider. I will present these offers to you, and provide advice on how to consider them.

Inspections   

I will personally accompany the building inspector, the pest inspector and property valuer during their inspections of your home during the contract phase.  

After contract date
